Some of the points highlighted in the article are:
1) Drinking too much cola can increase the risk of a muscle problem. it is called as hypokalemia, experts warn.
2) Some of the researchers point out that cola is based onglucose, fructose and caffeine. these ingredients can contribute to hypokalemia
3) Even caffeine-free cola can hazard our health. Because of fructose can leads to diarrhea which is also can contribute to hypokalemia.
Oh nooo... cola is one of my favorite drinks... well what can i do... reduce cola consumption per day.
